Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics/B2B marketing.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, engineering, or project management.
  • 3 years of project management experience in the automotive sector preferred.
  • Multi-customer and regional experience is advantageous.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
  • Proactive communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
  • Familiarity with quality certification requirements (IATF 16949).
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
