Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager for a leading flexible packaging company, you will support existing clients and drive market growth in North America.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Conduct regular client visits to enhance relationships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking and industry events.
  • Oversee end-to-end B2B sales operations.
  • Execute market analysis to support business strategy.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with stakeholders.
  • Participate in international trade fairs.
  • Provide reports on sales performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of sales experience, with 2–3 years in packaging or industrial B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. export and customs regulations.
  • Based in the U.S., preferably on the East Coast or Midwest.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Valid work authorization in the U.S.
