Overview

The People & Culture Partner (HRBP) requires a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for decision-making.
  • Work autonomously with strong HR expertise and business acumen.
  • Communicate change initiatives effectively to stakeholders.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Utilize HR systems and data for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' HR experience, focusing on employee relations.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing organizational change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in performance management and talent management.
  • Confidence in working with data and HR systems.
  • Fast learner and team player with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Asian language capability is an advantage.
  • Competence in IT applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
