Senior Manager, People & Culture - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, People and Culture is responsible for managing the company’s HR plans in ways that support our mission and overall strategy in the People and Culture department at San Diego.

In Short

• Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)
• Develop plans for organizational growth structure
• Implement performance/change management plans
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies
• Drive end to end employee life cycle management
• Lead negotiations with HR consultancy agencies
• Provide proactive support in HR objectives and initiatives
• Manage labor and employee relations
• Ensure accurate employee records maintenance

Requirements

• Proven experience as HR Manager or similar HR role within games
• Experience with performance/change management
• Experience managing HRIS, ATS systems
• Knowledge in HR/OD consulting, leadership, coaching
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation
• Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment)
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• BSc/BA in business, HR, social sciences or related field
• Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR) is a plus
