• Plan, develop and implement P&C strategies and initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between management and co-workers.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as P&C Manager or Executive.
• Knowledge of P&C systems (Workday, Smartrecruiter, Softip).
• Excellent active listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
