People & Culture Lead - Remote

That’s why we’re looking for a People & Culture Lead to help shape and professionalize our organization together with our People & Culture advisor.

In Short

• Develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with the company's goals and values in both the Netherlands and the USA.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to the board on people-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Manage complex P&C cases, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
• Enhance the employer branding of the company to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct interviews and intake sessions for candidates applying for senior-level positions.
• Attend board meetings once a month to provide updates on P&C initiatives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external parties in the Netherlands and the US.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR/ P&C leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of P&C best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements in the Netherlands.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing people and culture strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
