Overview

As the (Senior) VP of Growth Europe, you will play a central role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities outside the US, with a strong focus on Europe.

In Short

  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
  • Monitor markets and trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of sales strategy.
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Understanding of healthcare technology and interoperability standards.
  • Demonstrated success in closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluently in Dutch and English.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20% of the time).
  • Resident of the Netherlands.
