Overview

In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the growth of the company by overseeing customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and product adoption strategies.

In Short

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and engagement.
  • Identify and optimize new revenue opportunities, retention strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor growth KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn and user engagement.
  • Manage the CRM Manager to execute campaigns across various channels.
  • Create and optimize CRM campaigns for personalized customer experiences.
  • Verify that CRM campaigns are effective and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with product teams to support the launch of new features.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to track and measure growth initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development roles.
  • Deep technical understanding of CRM tools.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CRM and email/mobile marketing platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Experience running A/B tests and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Strong technical skills in dynamic HTML, CSS, and Liquid Logic.
