Our technology-driven care platform enables us to engage patients early, conduct individualized risk assessments for poor pregnancy outcomes, and deliver coordinated, personalized virtual care throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year. We measure ourselves by reductions in preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections and maternal mortality; we improve outcomes and reduce healthcare spend.

• Grow and accelerate Pomelo’s partnership pipeline.
• Source, track, and manage our pipeline of health plan and employer opportunities.
• Conduct research on prospective partners and health plan priorities.
• Analyze pipeline data and develop operational processes.
• Develop presentation and proposal materials for strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on customer opportunities.
• Advocate for prospect and customer needs internally.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience.
• Strong problem solving and project management experience.
• Interest in researching new domain areas.
• Highly adaptive and pragmatic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
