• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees at all levels.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive People/HR experience.
• 3+ years in a Business Partner or strategic People Partner role.
• Experience partnering with tech & growth teams in a remote-first environment.
• Strong business acumen and data-oriented.
• Impeccable sense of judgement in complex situations.
• High EQ with effective coaching and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort navigating HR compliance and employee relations needs.
