To elevate our brand to the next level in Italy, we are currently looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join the Growth team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health landscape, leading our solutions to create a profound local impact. We are looking for an independent action-skewed professional who can maximise growth on the Italian market, push boundaries across the wider Growth team, accelerating our brand visibility and conversions in the market.

In this critical role, you will oversee the end-to-end process for new customer and therapist Growth, with a strong emphasis on connecting branding to direct response activities, optimising the deployment of our overall marketing channels best on best results, supporting with identification of new growth opportunities and ensuring a successful and sustainable impact in the market. Reporting to the CMO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to drive impactful initiatives and establish Unobravo as a leader in mental health care across Italy.

In Short

  • Lead the planning and monitoring of the Italian market growth strategy.
  • Work closely with the CMO to define budgets and targets.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
  • Strong familiarity with the Italian audience and media landscape.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to propose and execute innovative initiatives.
  • Sound business judgment and strategic thinking skills.
