In Short

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from drafting job descriptions to evaluating post-interview profiles.
• Oversee candidate experience, providing timely feedback and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Sourcing & talent mapping through direct search on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Vendor management for external recruitment agencies.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
• Contribute to employer branding strategy and talent attraction initiatives.
• Establish relationships with universities and organize recruitment events.
• Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a focus on R&D hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or a related field.
• Strong expertise in candidate selection methods and full-cycle recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Positive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for building great teams.
