Overview

As a Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in hiring top technology and product talent. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights, and executing leadership hiring. This role requires deep expertise in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth SaaS environment.

In Short

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Build and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Own leadership hiring, identifying and engaging with high-caliber candidates for senior-level positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and referrals, to attract passive talent.
  • Enhance employer branding efforts by collaborating with marketing and internal teams to position the company as a top employer.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best hiring practices to ensure a competitive recruitment strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical and product hiring, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in leadership hiring with a track record of successfully hiring senior-level professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment analytics and dashboards, with experience in leveraging data for hiring decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership.
