Overview

Invoca is looking for a service-oriented and efficient People & Culture (Human Resources) Coordinator to support and assist with the day-to-day operations and continued growth at Invoca.

In Short

  • Assist in the recruitment process and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Support the development of internal communication strategies.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations issues.
  • Help maintain HR databases and employee records.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees with HR inquiries.
  • Participate in and support other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in HR or related role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
  • Interest in Human Resources.
