The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing programs that drive advocacy, engagement, and retention within Invoca’s customer community.

  • Own and expand Invoca’s Customer Advocacy program.
  • Produce and manage customer user groups.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing for customer stories.
  • Secure customer participation in speaking engagements.
  • Drive engagement in customer feedback initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends in customer marketing.
  • Apply AI tools to enhance customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer marketing or advocacy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative marketing instincts and storytelling ability.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • A track record of nurturing long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and community management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.
