Overview

As a Senior People Coordinator, you will be a critical team member helping to ensure our new hires and employees are supported in their most important career and life moments. You will bring both technical HRIS expertise and strategic perspective to how we work, lead system improvements, and implement efforts to make our work more effective, efficient, and engaging for employees.

In Short

  • Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, managing system configurations, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Lead and execute operational tasks in support of the full employee life cycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement of employee experience processes.
  • Manage and optimize the Jira ticketing system for people support.
  • Lead knowledge management initiatives using Notion.
  • Design and analyze reports to track key metrics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on strategic matters.
  • Support international expansion efforts as an immigration liaison.
  • Mentor team members and serve as a technical resource.
  • Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong technical proficiency with HR platforms.
  • Experience leading HR projects and process improvements.
  • Proven track record of maintaining data integrity.
  • Experience supporting international HR operations.
  • Previous experience liaising with immigration counsel preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with business tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
