Apollo.io is seeking a collaborative and process-driven Senior Manager of Lead Management to align marketing and sales teams, optimizing lead tracking, scoring, and handoff processes.

In Short

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to gather and prioritize requirements for lead qualification.
  • Translate sales needs into actionable specifications for the Marketing Operations and Analytics teams.
  • Establish service-level agreements for lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Develop and refine lead scoring models in partnership with Analytics & Intelligence.
  • Monitor lead quality, conversion metrics, and database accuracy.
  • Oversee lead nurturing programs to ensure personalized engagement.
  • Mentor and guide a team of lead management professionals.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to track lead management performance.
  • Support compliance with data regulations and manage marketing databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lead management with campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or lead management.
  • Strong expertise in lead scoring and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with marketing databases and compliance.
  • Proven ability to align marketing and sales in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Solid analytical skills with performance reporting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; advanced certifications a plus.
