• Work with Product Managers and Engineers to brainstorm and validate solutions.
• Map complex user workflows and system interactions.
• Collaborate during Weekly Sprint Planning & Daily Standups.
• Interview enterprise users to validate designs.
• Use and contribute to the design system for consistency.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative data into product decisions.
• Identify high impact areas to develop hypotheses and test.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in designing enterprise-level SaaS products.
• Expert systems thinker with a strong design instinct.
• Experience with Figma and maintaining components across products.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Experimentation-oriented with user interview experience.
