Senior Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support the Enterprise Data Warehouse Analytics project for the State Medicaid program. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Project for complex scheduling, ensuring alignment with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and compliance with federal standards.

In Short

• Develop, manage, and maintain complex project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead status meetings.
• Manage project calendars and allocate resources effectively.
• Gather and update project documentation and conduct analyses.
• Optimize processes to enhance performance.
• Assist in managing Issues, Risks, Actions, and Decisions (IRAD) logs.
• Collaborate with teams to capture detailed project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and policies.
• Provide weekly status reports on project progress.
• Travel required every quarter to Springfield, IL.

Requirements

• More than five years of experience as a Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) Scheduler.
• More than five years of IT Project Management experience.
• More than three years of hands-on experience with SDLC.
• More than two years of experience maintaining project schedules for DDI projects.
