Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Project Coordinator to join the team within our integrated WSP / Norfolk County Council Design Consultancy based in County Hall, Norwich. The role involves working with our highways design and structural engineering teams to deliver a countywide programme of infrastructure improvements.

In Short

• Coordinate project-related tasks, events, and meetings.
• Maintain project-related files and documents.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
• Support project managers with financial performance goals.
• Manage project and financial trackers and reporting.
• Develop strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Respond to enquiries and manage invoicing.
• Conduct occasional site visits as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in business administration, finance, or customer service.
• High competence in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in improving administrative management systems.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Full UK driving licence required.
