In Short

• Development, maintenance, control and continuous updating of the Company’s Projects and Features Roadmap.
• Simultaneous coordination of multiple projects of different sizes and complexity.
• Defining project requirements, objectives, scoping, estimating, and maintaining project documentation.
• Planning, organizing, prioritizing, controlling, and evaluating activities of cross-functional teams.
• Facilitating meetings, problem resolution, feedback, and open communication within the team.
• Regular status reporting to project teams and stakeholders.
• Improving project and product delivery processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in management of software delivery, preferably in Fintech.
• Ability to work independently under time constraints.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytic mindset with a strong math background.
• Advanced English — both spoken and written.
