Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Project Management team at Cambium Assessment, Inc. works closely with internal teams and the state client to ensure all deliverables related to statewide computer-based assessment programs meet contractual requirements. The Project Coordinator will support the Texas program operations team with annual reviews and updates to key client deliverables.

• Coordinate project deliverables across teams.
• Create and maintain project artifacts such as meeting agendas and action item logs.
• Update program documentation and support materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Adobe preferred.
• Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional data and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team.
