Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on People Manager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment, providing full cycle HR and executing the company’s people initiatives.

In Short

  • Be an early team member at a fast-growth health & wellness startup.
  • Support various strategic initiatives with the leadership team.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Design onboarding programs that align with company values.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on employee engagement.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics for strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR activities for leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Ability to act with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • HR certifications are a plus.

Benefits

  • $80,000 - $90,000 base salary.
