In Short

• Own and improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Lead the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program.
• Design and implement employee enablement initiatives.
• Manage employee recognition programs.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders.
• Use data to measure program success.
• Manage multiple people programs from concept to execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
• Proven track record in designing and managing employee programs.
• Experience managing ERGs or similar initiatives.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A data-driven approach to program evaluation.
• A passion for creating an inclusive work culture.
