Senior Manager, Global Equity - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Manager, Global Equity, you will own and continue to evolve Faire’s global equity programs, building on an existing foundation while enhancing the structure, rigor, and scalability required to support public company readiness.

In Short

• Own and scale Faire’s global equity programs end-to-end.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People to build audit-ready processes.
• Lead public company equity responsibilities including SEC reporting support.
• Oversee the full equity lifecycle from grant issuance to reconciliations.
• Design and implement equity systems and workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor for complex equity matters.
• Manage global regulatory and compliance risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in stock plan administration.
• CEP certification strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in global equity programs.
• Experience with Employee Stock Purchase Plan design.
• Proven experience with private-to-public readiness.
• Advanced analytical and systems skills; Shareworks expertise required.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Resourceful and proactive.
