Global Quality & OpEx Senior Manager - Remote

Overview

The Global Quality & OpEx Senior Manager is responsible for driving and achieving the highest level of Quality and OpEx culture and performance in the region to support business needs.

In Short

• Member of the Global Quality and OpEx Management team.
• Full professional responsibility for quality in the region.
• Matrix management of quality managers at various sites.
• Guide, train, and support quality teams.
• Lead quality aspects in Product Development and change management.
• Define and implement global QC and QMS standards.
• Manage and control quality KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement activities.
• Facilitate lean activities such as Kaizen and 5S.
• Support external audits and maintain communication with certification bodies.

Requirements

• BSC in engineering, MSC/MBA preferred.
• Experience as a quality manager in an industrial environment.
• Experience in deploying lean methodology.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• High level of communication in English & Spanish.
• Quality, Lean & Six-Sigma certifications are advantageous.
• Proficiency in digital tools for Quality & OpEx management.
• Experience in plastic extrusion and injection is a plus.
