Overview

The Project Management and Execution Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving the successful delivery of complex projects across the organization.

In Short

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Define and communicate clear project goals, success criteria and milestones.
• Prioritize projects based on business impact, resource availability, and risk assessment.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Supervise, mentor, and support project managers and engineers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and uphold project management standards and processes.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and quality assurance.
• Contribute to the development of organizational project delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of progressive project management experience.
• 5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Experience in construction/agriculture or similar industries.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Proven experience managing budgets and procurement processes.
