Netafim is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 6-month replacement position, focusing on recruitment for production plants and manufacturing positions in Israel.

In Short

• Responsible for the Talent Acquisition recruitment process from A-Z.
• Focus on recruitment for production plants and manufacturing positions.
• Support the global talent acquisition director in local and global projects.
• Design and execute selection processes including interviews and screening calls.
• Develop efficient sourcing tools and methods.
• Update the internal hiring system and other tools.
• Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and propose solutions.
• Enhance the candidates' experience.
• Attend career and academic fairs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBP throughout the TA process.

Requirements

• BA (or current student) in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment in an agency or global organization.
• Experience with manufacturing roles is a must.
• Experience in full talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Proficient in social media and job boards.
• Understanding of selection methods and techniques.
• Excellent English skills: verbal, reading, and writing.
