In Short

• Design and evolve large-scale retrieval, ranking, and pricing systems.
• Develop auction-based delivery systems and scoring pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science and Ads Analytics teams.
• Own critical services within our Kotlin-based backend.
• Measure and iterate on system performance.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in backend systems, including 2+ years in ad delivery.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience integrating with ML-driven decision systems.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
