In Short

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing People Team related programs and systems.
• Collaborate with People Team leadership and key stakeholders.
• Increase employee engagement and enhance business operations.
• Research, analyze data, prepare reports, and conduct audits.
• Support the People Team as the primary technical resource.
• Develop, review, and revise People Team-related policies and procedures.
• Perform financial modeling and cost analysis for proposals.
• Design and implement People Team related programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and labor market conditions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business administration or human resources.
• 2+ years as a primary administrator of an HRIS with 500+ users.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• PMP certification or related experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, and HR databases.

• Salary Range: $95,000 to $105,000.
