In Short

• Deliver the Perfect Visit experience across various service lines.
• Schedule appointments and update medical records.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Perform blood draws and process labs.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies.
• Educate patients on navigating their medical records.
• Provide emergency care as necessary.
• Support medical providers and ensure clinic cleanliness.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Complete required training and certifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and AthenaOne.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 1 month.
• Ability to complete ZoomCare’s phlebotomy training within six months.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and other specified diseases.
• Ability to obtain Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist license within 6 months.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
