Overview

Abridge is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, empathetic People Programs Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our People Ops processes.

In Short

• Own day-to-day operations of People processes.
• Manage the daily operations of Immigration and Mobility Programs.
• Lead accurate operational execution for internal benefits.
• Manage and maintain data integrity within our HRIS (Rippling).
• Take ownership of regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Improve reporting on programs and recurring processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting People Operations or HR teams.
• Strong operational expertise in managing HR processes.
• Proficiency in Rippling.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and policy management.
• Skills in process optimization and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
