Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for complex software products.
• Proficiency in producing effective Knowledge Base content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to synthesize technical information into clear documentation.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare or health tech is advantageous.
• Background in AI/ML concepts is beneficial.
