While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

• Design and manage internship and high potential programs.
• Analyze employee data and engage with HRBPs for program design.
• Build cohesive experiences tailored to career stages.
• Run signature experiences and workshops for HiPo talent.
• Track and improve program health via key metrics.
• Manage end-to-end intern experience across cohorts.
• Ensure rigorous program ethos and enable managers with toolkits.
• Strong focus on outcomes and stakeholder influence.
• Experience in crypto/fintech is a plus.
• Located in or willing to travel to San Francisco or NYC.

Requirements

• 7+ years in People/HR/Talent or adjacent functions.
• Strong program/project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in defining success metrics.
• Passion for designing high-impact experiences.
