Requirements

• 3+ years of Customer Success and/or program management experience.
• Working knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Resourceful and tenacious in ambiguous situations.
• Reliable team player with a start-up mentality.
