• We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Training Team.
• Responsible for the AI Manager experience within Ada’s Dashboard.
• Design workflows for setting up and tailoring AI Agents.
• Create intuitive ways for customers to identify gaps and refine Agent behavior.
• Help AI Managers understand Agent behavior.
• Build experiences that blend no-code configuration with adaptive AI behavior.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear flows and interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills.
• Systems thinker with a focus on patterns and behaviors.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and exploring unknowns.
• Customer-obsessed mindset.
• Collaborative communicator with cross-functional teams.
• Outcome-driven and measures success by experience clarity.
