• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer (with a strong preference for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript experience)
• Comfortable across platforms with strong web experience and meaningful exposure to mobile ecosystems.
• Experience with SDKs and can reason about developer ergonomics, API design, and extensibility.
• Excited by ambiguity and comfortable shaping the path forward alongside product and design.
• Ability to articulate technical decisions clearly.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing.
