• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer with a strong preference for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Comfortable across platforms with strong web experience and exposure to mobile ecosystems.
• Experience with SDKs and reasoning about developer ergonomics and API design.
• Excited by ambiguity and comfortable shaping the path forward alongside product and design.
• Ability to articulate technical decisions clearly.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing.
• Create and implement technical designs based on the product roadmap.
• Champion high-quality work by reviewing team’s code and providing feedback.
• Stay close to customer feedback and collaborate with product and design partners.
• Work in a remote-first environment with flexible scheduling.

Requirements
