  • Represent Revenue Operations in cross-functional meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI tools for automation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations at a SaaS company.
  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of SaaS business processes and metrics.
  • Super-user experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to build and maintain recurring processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance execution with upgrades.
  • Experience in cross-functional meetings.
  • Experience in identifying automation opportunities.
