Black Forest Labs is a cutting-edge startup pioneering generative image and video models. Our team, which invented Stable Diffusion, Stable Video Diffusion, and FLUX.1, is currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us scale our commercial function as we go through this rapid phase of growth.

• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for full-funnel reporting and analytics.
• Deliver timely performance and forecast reporting for executive planning.
• Transform GTM performance analysis through BI platform migration.
• Optimize systems for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Implement workflows for pipeline hygiene and opportunity attribution.
• Streamline sales workflows to improve lead management.
• Oversee legal and pricing routing for complex deals.
• Support contract creation and delivery processes.
• Champion user training and consistent processes across teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance revenue operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, 2+ in a leadership role.
• Strong executor with the ability to move fast.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with SQL/BigQuery and CRM tools.
• Understanding of usage-based revenue models.
• Proven track record in improving forecast accuracy.
• Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills.
