Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our revenue operations (RevOps) processes and technology stack. This role will support Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams by ensuring seamless system functionality, driving process improvements, and managing the end-to-end execution of RevOps initiatives.

In Short

  • Maintain and optimize the RevOps tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pandadoc).
  • Ensure software updates and package management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs.
  • Implement necessary workflow modifications.
  • Evaluate and implement new RevOps tools.
  • Test changes in sandbox environments and validate post-deployment functionality.
  • Manage the RevOps Roadmap Jira board.
  • Oversee large-scale RevOps projects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of lead flow processes.
  • Document the RevOps tech stack.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pandadoc.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of lead flow and attribution models.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience creating detailed documentation.
  • Passion for analyzing and optimizing lead flow processes.
