We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to lead go-to-market operations for a fast-growing, data-driven organization. This role will serve as the operational backbone for regional Sales and Customer Success teams, optimizing processes, driving revenue efficiency, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment on planning, tools, and performance metrics. Success requires a combination of analytical rigor, operational expertise, and strong communication skills in a remote-first, high-growth environment. This position offers the opportunity to shape revenue operations and influence business outcomes at scale.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day Sales and Customer Success operations for the region.
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce and other GTM systems.
  • Drive regional forecasting cadences for pipeline cleanliness.
  • Design and maintain territory and account segmentation models.

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable workflows.
