As the first RevOps hire at Great Question, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the systems and processes that drive the revenue organization, focusing on efficiency and alignment across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations within SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native GTM tools.
• Strong data fluency with Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Experience in process design and sales enablement.
• Ability to prioritize and focus on impactful tasks.
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
