Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager will build and optimise the operational backbone that powers CorePlan’s commercial engine, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through streamlined processes and data-driven decision-making.

In Short

  • Define and document end-to-end GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Own the setup, optimisation and maintenance of HubSpot.
  • Build and manage workflows, automations, lead scoring and lifecycle properties.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts by consolidating pipeline data.
  • Provide monthly reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales and Customer Success.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across all objects.
  • Drive adoption of systems and tools across GTM teams.
  • Support campaign attribution and revenue impact tracking.
  • Act as the operational link between GTM, Finance, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations or similar role in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription revenue models.
  • Proven expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
