Marketing & Events Coordinator, Americas - Remote

Overview

This role will support the wider marketing team (who are based in Australia) with the execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and event logistics to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation in the Americas region.

In Short

• Coordinate logistics for industry events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars
• Manage event timelines, budgets, bookings, signage, collateral, and promotional materials
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
• Support post-event follow-up including lead tracking, survey distribution, and performance reporting
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral as required
• Support the wider marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Work with marketing team and other stakeholders with any marketing related activities
• Maintain marketing calendars and help coordinate key launches and promotions
• Schedule and publish content via CMS and social media scheduling tools
• Track and report on key campaign and event metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years in a marketing, communications, or event support role
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Workspace
• Experience with CRM such as Hubspot
• B2B, SaaS, or startup marketing experience is highly desired
• Familiarity with basic design principles or CMS editing is a plus
