Overview

The Marketing Events Coordinator supports the execution of events that align with the company's goals and drive brand engagement. This entry-level role focuses on event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support for in person events and logistics, planning and execution of virtual webinar events.

• Timely and accurate coordination of event logistics and deliverables.
• Meeting deadlines for materials, setup, and communication.
• Efficient vendor coordination and relationship management.
• Maintaining accuracy in budget tracking and reporting.
• Track event timelines and coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
• Help track event budgets and monitor expenses to stay within approved limits.
• Handle administrative duties related to event planning, such as maintaining registration lists and creating post-event reports.
• Marketing webinar production; platform setup, hosting webinars, reporting, etc.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Internship or work experience in event coordination or marketing.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies related to events.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana.
• Experience with live webinar production (experience with Livestorm is nice to have but not required).
