Senior Product Manager – Data - Remote

Join PracticeTek as a Senior Product Manager – Data, and become the connective tissue between data systems, product, engineering, RCM, and business leaders across our portfolio. You will define, refine, and own the roadmap that brings our disparate data sources into a unified platform—powered by Snowflake - enabling better reporting, insight delivery, product decision-making, and team management.

In Short

• Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core data initiatives.
• Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery process for cross-functional data requests.
• Partner with engineering and vendor teams to implement scalable data infrastructure.
• Document current-state workflows and system dependencies.
• Develop working knowledge of data structures across disparate systems.
• Translate business problems into detailed product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional discovery and systems analysis.
• Ensure data tools support security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Drive adoption of data products through documentation and training.
• Track and report on KPIs for data initiatives post-launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of modern data infrastructure tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data schemas across systems.
• Expertise in analyzing large data sets using data platforms.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and integrations.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Proven success in leading discovery and translating needs into initiatives.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML or cloud-based data services.
