Overview

As Awin’s Senior Product Manager - Data, you’ll take the lead in shaping, developing, and optimising our data products and services. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our data platforms, insights, and tools continually evolve to meet the dynamic needs of our clients and internal teams, empowering smarter decision-making and driving sustainable business growth.

In Short

• Own the product vision and roadmap for data capabilities across Awin.
• Translate complex business and user needs into clear product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
• Ensure data capabilities support personalisation, reporting, and automation.
• Champion data governance, quality, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management focused on data.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management.
• Experience working with data engineers and analysts.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Ideally scrum certified product owner.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data modelling concepts.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or AWS Redshift.
