Event Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized young professional to support the execution of our company events and partner and sponsored activations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event and partner marketing within the fintech and cryptocurrency industries.

In Short

• Assist in planning and executing the event strategy, including conferences and special event activations.
• Support the creation of engaging event experiences for the crypto community and clients.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue scouting, travel, and vendor management.
• Ensure smooth on-site event execution.
• Assist in vendor selection, RFQs, onboarding, and contract management for events.
• Support the development and execution of partnership strategies.
• Assist in creating partnership proposals and tracking deliverables.
• Contribute to post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Interest in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic remote environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, and familiarity with event management platforms and design tools is a plus.
