In Short

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events.
• Liaise with suppliers, venues, speakers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage event logistics including attendee registration and on-site support.
• Ensure adherence to event budgets and timelines.
• Collect and analyse feedback from event participants.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the social media team for content creation.
• Support with the localisation of marketing collateral.
• Monitor and track campaign KPIs and ROI.
• Provide general administrative support to the UK team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in event planning or marketing.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a large organisation.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and marketing software.
• Experience with digital marketing and email marketing.
• Ability to manage budgets.
• Experience with CRM systems and event management tools is a plus.
